Alchemy is currently renovating a 208 unit apartment complex in central Omaha. The renovation involves reconstructing a building damaged by fire in 2005 and completing a new clubhouse facility. The project also includes implementing new kitchens and baths, electrical code upgrades, security entrance door systems, window replacement, floor refinishing and fixture updates.

Once the renovation is complete, this 1950's era apartment complex will be ready for the 21st century.
