Alchemy completed renovation of this 1950’s era apartment complex. Pacific Gardens is a 208 unit apartment complex in central Omaha. The renovation involved reconstructing a building damaged by fire in 2005 and completing a new clubhouse facility. The project also included implementing new kitchens and baths, electrical code upgrades, security entrance door systems, window replacement, floor refinishing and fixture updates.
The charming neighborhood community feel of the exteriors was blended with contemporary finishes inside.
