New Building at Shadow Lake Square

Our first three buildings are open at Shadow Lake. The clubhouse is finished and the lake views are ideal for watching the fall foliage. A special thank you goes out to our builder – Overland Constructors. We are excited to announce that we broke ground last week on a fourth building at the Papillion site. We’ll have more room for you to enjoy Shadow Lake Towne Center and the prime recreation areas at the Walnut Creek Reservoir.

Shadow Lake Square, Brick by Brick

It’s a little muddy out here, but the masons don’t seem to mind…

Shadow Lake Square – Missing Clocktower

We’re almost finished with framing the first building. That “notch” at the corner is for the clock tower.

Shadow Lake Square – 3rd Floor in place

Our first building is really starting to take shape in Papillion.

Shadow Lake Square – May the Concrete Flow

I love watching concrete being poured and shaped into a nice smooth floor. Our first building is taking shape and it will be a matter of days before we go vertical in Papillion.

Shadow Lake Square Announcement

Shadow Lake Square
72nd & Schramm Road
Papillion, Nebraska

On May 17, 2011, the Papillion City Council unanimously approved our $29 million project — a 261-unit mixed-use residential development named Shadow Lake Square. Designed as a pedestrian-friendly community that mirrors a modern trend in architecture known as “new urbanism,” Shadow Lake Square combines the attractions of apartment living with easy access to retail services. Shadow Lake Square will offer 184 one-bedroom units along with 77 two-bedroom units. Six of the one-bedroom units will be designated live/work, which means the units may be both a home and an office. Just one of the two-bedroom units is so designated. Plans call for construction to begin next summer with the first apartment’s available fall of 2013 and the project completed by 2014.
